Classic slice of late 70s / early 80s pop culture nostalgia: a vintage 1978 clear glass promotional coffee mug featuring the world's favorite lazy orange cat, Garfield! Distributed originally through McDonald's restaurants, this collectible piece features artwork signed by Jim Davis.

One side highlights a classic cartoon panel of Garfield resting in a hammock alongside the humorous quote: "It's not a pretty life but somebody has to live it." The reverse side depicts his friendly sidekick, Odie, holding a tray with a refreshing drink. Crafted from heavy, thick-rimmed clear glass by Anchor Hocking with a sturdy, squared-off D-handle.
