Boutique Items
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost.
- After 7 days, eligible boutique items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of your order date.
Preloved Items
All preloved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our preloved pieces are one-of-a-kind, so we encourage you to carefully review the photos, description, measurements, and condition before purchasing. If you have any questions, please reach out before placing your order.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Preloved items
- Discounted or sale items
- Bodysuits
- Earrings
- Swimsuits
- Other personal care items
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of wear
- Be returned in the original packaging or similar protective packaging
Return Processing
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Refunds or store credit will be issued after the return has been inspected. Items that do not meet our return requirements can be returned to you at your expense.
